Dr. Hess currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Tenet Healthcare, a national healthcare services company that operates 65 hospitals and over 450 healthcare facilities around the country. Prior to leading Tenet, he worked as the Regional Medical Director for multiple departments in the western United States spanning emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, and urgent care. Dr. Hess continues to work clinically and is currently the chair of Performance Improvement for a major Phoenix hospital. His passion for providing quality care, along with his leadership experience, is an invaluable asset to Sage House.
